should i get an ibook?
I’m a mac and I love apple products. We’ve got some computers at home that are nice, but i want one of my own. You know? At first I wanted an ipod touch. But they’re expensive. I don’t think they’re worth the money, If you ask me. I want an ibook, you know, the old laptops that apple used to sell? But my parents say that owning a computer is a lot of upkeep and he’d just end up fixing it. but i found a nice one for 180 dollars that has great reviews and customer ratings. I know what ibooks are like because we use them at school all the time and i’ve always wanted to bring one home with me. haha. But I’m 14 and know pretty much all there is to know about macs, ive used them all my life, but is a computer a lot of upkeep? Especially a used one?

i recently purchased an ibook G4 off of craigslist.org in my area. it was the best purchase i’ve made off of that site yet.
granted, it was a nice ibook.
1.42ghz G4 processor
1.5gb RAM
160gb Hard Drive
airport, bluetooth, the whole nine yards
os x leopard, and all the software
it ran very well. even the older mac computers are nice.
if the ibook is in good condition, works well, and it what you’re looking for, then i’d say 100% definitely go for it.
you shouldn’t have to fix it or go through a lot of “upkeep.”
i’ve had ZERO issues
never have with apple. i just purchased a new macbook pro for my significant other from apple as well .
