Will they replace my macbook pro?
I have a macbook pro from last year and recently on occasion the keyboard stops working along with the track pad, and the cd/dvd burner consistantly can’t burn cd’s without making loud grinding noises resulting in an error when burning something. I am still under applecare. Is there a chance they would give me a new macbook pro in exchange?
Take your Mac to an Apple Store as soon as you can before the AppleCare runs out. Apple will fix or replace it if the problem was not caused by poor handling (like you dropped the Mac or something like that).
DO NOT wait until the AppleCare runs out.
